Who is responsible. Studio Sharn is the data controller for class bookings. Contact studiosharnpilates@gmail.com with a privacy question or request.

What is collected. Stripe collects your payment and contact details. After successful payment, Studio Sharn receives your name, email address, phone number, class date and Stripe transaction reference. The Studio Sharn readiness check records your yes/no answers and any safety information you choose to provide. These health answers are special category personal data.

Why it is used. Booking details are used to provide your class, contact you about changes, manage attendance, refunds and cancellations, keep financial records, and protect Studio Sharn's legal rights. Readiness answers are used only to help Sharn understand matters relevant to safe class participation. Booking administration relies on contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests; health answers are stored with your separate explicit consent, which you may withdraw by contacting Studio Sharn.

Who receives it. Stripe processes payments and Supabase hosts booking records. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it. Studio Sharn does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention and security. Booking and transaction records may be retained for up to six years where needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Health answers are reviewed separately and kept only for as long as reasonably needed for safe instruction and any related legal or insurance purpose, then securely deleted. Abandoned unpaid questionnaire submissions are removed after 24 hours. Health answers are not sent to Stripe, are protected from public database access and can be viewed only through Sharn's private register. The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.

Your rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or object to its use. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
